Any issues regarding your order may be sent to athenalashco@gmail.com and we will get back to you ASAP. Instagram DMs have a wide response time, and is not recommended.  

Athena Lash Co. is not responsible if you input an incorrect shipping address, or if your package is lost or stolen, as well as any customs fees concurred by your country.

Once the package has left our facility it is no longer our responsibility, please contact your local post office (USPS) with any issues regarding your delivery.

If a package is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, the customer is responsible to repay the shipping fee, and the package will be held for 30 days until shipping has been repaid.
